תנאי שימוש – למדיו
בקצרה
- למדיו הוא אתר ואפליקציה ללמידה בשיחה. המורה בשיחה הוא בינה מלאכותית (AI). הוא יכול לטעות, והוא לא ייעוץ מקצועי, רפואי או פסיכולוגי.
- מתחת לגיל 18 משתמשים באתר רק באישור הורה.
- חשבון אחד לכל תיבת אימייל. הסיסמה שלכם אישית.
- מורים: העלו רק חומר שיש לכם זכות להשתמש בו. אנחנו משתמשים בו רק כדי להפעיל את האתר ולהציג אותו לתלמידים שלכם.
- אסור לתקוף את האתר, לסרוק אותו, להטריד אחרים, או לנסות לגרום ל-AI לכתוב תוכן מזיק. אל תכתבו למורה ה-AI פרטים אישיים.
- אפשר למחוק את החשבון בהגדרות. אנחנו רשאים לחסום חשבון שמפר את התנאים.

1. מי מפעיל את האתר ומה המסמך הזה
התנאים האלה הם ההסכם בינכם לבין המפעיל של למדיו ("אנחנו"). הם חלים על כל מי שנרשם לאתר או משתמש בו. מדיניות הפרטיות היא חלק מהם. הצהרת הנגישות.

2. מי יכול להשתמש
האתר מיועד לתלמידים בני 6 עד 22, למורים ולנציגי בתי ספר וארגונים. מורים ונציגי ארגונים הם בני 18 ומעלה.
מתחת לגיל 18 מותר להשתמש באתר רק באישור הורה או אפוטרופוס.
- תלמיד/ה פרטי/ת מתחת ל-18: נרשמים באימייל, עם אימייל של הורה. ההורה מאשר במייל, ובאישור הוא מסכים גם לתנאים האלה בשם הילד/ה. רק אז אפשר להתחיל לתרגל.
- תלמיד/ה דרך בית ספר או ארגון: מצטרפים עם קוד כיתה מהמורה. בית הספר או הארגון אחראים לקבל את הסכמת ההורים כנדרש בחוק.
בהרשמה יש תיבת סימון שאינה מסומנת מראש: "קראתי ואני מסכים/ה לתנאי השימוש ולמדיניות הפרטיות". אנחנו שומרים איזו גרסה אישרתם ומתי.
3. החשבון שלכם
- כתבו פרטים נכונים בהרשמה.
- חשבון אחד לכל תיבת אימייל. כתובות עם "+תגית", ונקודות בכתובות Gmail, נחשבות לאותה תיבה. אנחנו לא מקבלים כתובות אימייל חד-פעמיות.
- הסיסמה אישית. אל תמסרו אותה לאחרים. אתם אחראים למה שנעשה בחשבון שלכם.
- חושדים שמישהו אחר נכנס לחשבון? החליפו סיסמה בהגדרות ופנו אלינו.
- אנחנו רשאים לחסום חשבון מסוים. ראו סעיף 8.
4. מורה ה-AI
- המורה הוא בינה מלאכותית של Anthropic (מודל Claude), לא בן אדם. הוא יכול לטעות בעובדות, בחישובים ובסימון תשובות.
- ההסברים והתרגול הם עזר ללימוד. הם לא תחליף למורה או לספר, ולא ייעוץ מקצועי, רפואי או פסיכולוגי. בדקו דברים חשובים.
- הסימונים והציונים באתר נועדו לתרגול. הם לא ציון או תעודה רשמיים. אם נראה לכם שסימון שגוי, שאלו את המורה.
- יש כללי בטיחות, אבל הם לא מושלמים. ראיתם תשובה לא ראויה? כתבו לנו.
- אל תכתבו למורה ה-AI פרטים אישיים: שם מלא, כתובת, טלפון, סיסמאות או מידע על בריאות. אל תצרפו לו קבצים עם פרטים כאלה.
- מנהל האתר יכול לקרוא את השיחות עם מורה ה-AI. מורה קורא/ת אותן רק אם מנהל האתר נתן לו/לה הרשאה. הודעות של תלמידים נבדקות לפי רשימות מילים, כדי לסמן הודעות שנשמעות כמצוקה או כבקשה אסורה. פרטים בסעיפים 4 ו-5 במדיניות הפרטיות.
- אנחנו לא עוקבים אחרי שיחות בזמן אמת. האתר אינו שירות חירום או סיוע. במצוקה או בסכנה פנו מיד להורה, למורה או ליועצת בית הספר. בחירום: 101 (מד"א) או 100 (משטרה). ער"ן: 1201.
- אנחנו עשויים להגביל כמה אפשר להשתמש ב-AI ביום, כדי לשלוט בעלות ולמנוע ניצול לרעה.
5. מה שאתם כותבים ומעלים
- מה שכתבתם והעליתם נשאר שלכם. אתם נותנים לנו רישיון מוגבל לאחסן אותו ולעבד אותו כדי להפעיל את האתר: גם לשלוח אותו לספק ה-AI כדי לקבל תשובה, ולהציג אותו רק למי שאמור לראות אותו לפי מדיניות הפרטיות. אנחנו לא מוכרים אותו ולא מפרסמים אותו.
- מורים: העלו רק חומר שאתם הבעלים שלו או שיש לכם זכות להשתמש בו. האחריות לזכויות היוצרים בו היא שלכם. האתר שומר את הטקסט מהקובץ ולא את הקובץ המקורי.
- הרישיון של מורה לחומר ולשיעורים הוא לאחסן ולהציג אותם לתלמידים של אותו/ה מורה בלבד. יוצא מכלל זה: שאלות ורשימות נושאים שה-AI כותב לסילבוס של כיתה נשמרות במאגר שאלות אחד לכל האתר. כיתות באותו מקצוע ובאותו גיל עשויות לתרגל מהן.
- ה-AI עוזר לבנות שיעורים ושאלות והוא יכול לטעות. בדקו כל שיעור לפני שאתם מפרסמים אותו לתלמידים. האחריות לתוכן שפורסם היא שלכם.
- תלמידים שמצרפים קובץ לשיחה: צרפו רק קובץ שיש לכם זכות להשתמש בו.
- האתר, העיצוב, הקוד ומאגר השאלות הם של המפעיל או של מי שנתן לנו רישיון. מותר להשתמש בהם דרך האתר, ללמידה ולהוראה בלבד.
6. שימוש מותר ואסור
אסור:
- לתקוף את האתר, לנסות לפרוץ אליו, לעקוף הגבלות או חסימות, או לפגוע בפעולתו.
- לאסוף מידע מהאתר באופן אוטומטי (סריקה), כולל העתקה של מאגר השאלות.
- ליצור חשבונות המוניים או כפולים, כדי לקבל יותר שימוש.
- לשתף פרטים אישיים של אחרים, כמו שם מלא, כתובת, טלפון או תמונה, בלי רשות.
- להטריד, לאיים, לבייש או להציק לאחרים.
- לנסות לגרום ל-AI לכתוב תוכן מזיק או אסור, או לעקוף את כללי הבטיחות שלו.
- להשתמש באתר כדי לרמות בבחינה.
- להעלות תוכן לא חוקי, או תוכן שפוגע בזכויות של אחרים.
אם הפרתם את הכללים, אנחנו רשאים להסיר תוכן, להגביל את השימוש או לחסום את החשבון.
7. בתי ספר, ארגונים ותשלומים
- נציג/ת ארגון מצהיר/ה שהוא/היא מוסמך/ת להתחייב בשם הארגון. הארגון אחראי למורים שהוא מזמין, לכיתות שהוא פותח ולתלמידים שבהן. הארגון אחראי גם להודיע להורים ולקבל את הסכמתם כנדרש בחוק. אנחנו רשאים לאשר ארגון או לא לאשר.
- חלק מהתכונות הן בתשלום, למשל למידה חופשית לארגונים. תלמיד/ה פרטי/ת מקבל/ת מכסה יומית של שימוש ב-AI עד שיתווסף תשלום. המכסה יכולה להשתנות. [למלא: מחירים ומה כלול.]
- כרגע אין באתר תשלום בכרטיס אשראי. ארגון מבקש קרדיט מראש או חיוב חודשי עם תקרה, והמפעיל מאשר ורושם את התשלום. [למלא: אופן התשלום, חשבונית או קבלה, מע"מ.]
- ביטול והחזרים: [למלא: תנאי ביטול והחזר לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן. להשלים לפני שגובים מישהו.]
- לפני שנגבה תשלום בכרטיס אשראי, נציג מחיר, תקופת חיוב ואופן ביטול, ונעדכן את התנאים.
8. סגירת חשבון וחסימה
- אפשר להפסיק בכל רגע. למחיקת חשבון: הגדרות > עוד הגדרות > "מחיקת החשבון שלי". צריך להקליד את הסיסמה. מה נמחק ומה נשאר כתוב בסעיף 9 במדיניות הפרטיות.
- תלמיד/ה בלי אימייל (בית ספר) יכול/ה לבקש מחיקה מהמורה או מאיתנו.
- אנחנו רשאים לחסום חשבון שמפר את התנאים, או שיש חשש סביר שמשתמשים בו לרעה. חשבון חסום לא יכול להיכנס ולא מקבל התראות. ההיסטוריה נשמרת, וחסימה אפשר להסיר. נראה לכם שחסמנו בטעות? פנו אלינו.
- אנחנו עשויים לשנות או להפסיק תכונה, או את האתר כולו. [למלא: הודעה מראש לפני סגירה, וטיפול בקרדיט ששולם ולא נוצל.]
9. אחריות
- האתר ניתן כמות שהוא. אנחנו משתדלים שיעבוד, אבל לא מבטיחים שיהיה זמין תמיד, בלי תקלות ובלי טעויות.
- אנחנו לא מבטיחים תוצאות לימודיות, ציונים או הצלחה בבחינות.
- אנחנו לא אחראים לתשובות ה-AI, לתוכן שמשתמשים מעלים, או למה שמשתמש אחר, מורה או בית ספר עושים. בית הספר והמורים אחראים לפיקוח על התלמידים בכיתה.
- ככל שהחוק מתיר, אנחנו לא אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי.
- שום דבר בתנאים לא פוטר אותנו מאחריות שהחוק לא מתיר לפטור ממנה, ולא מפחית זכויות שהדין נותן לצרכנים או לקטינים.
- אם הפרתם זכויות של אחרים בתוכן שהעליתם, האחריות לכך עליכם.
10. שינויים בתנאים
נעדכן את התנאים כשמשהו משתנה. לכל גרסה יש תאריך ומספר. שינוי מהותי נציג באתר [למלא: מספר ימים] לפני שייכנס לתוקף. אם אינכם מסכימים לשינוי, אפשר למחוק את החשבון (סעיף 8). [למלא: תאריך פרסום וגרסה.]
11. דין, בית משפט ויצירת קשר
על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי. הסמכות לדון בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט במחוז [למלא: מחוז]. אם החוק נותן לצרכן זכות לפנות לבית משפט במקום אחר, הזכות הזו נשארת. אם סעיף בטל, שאר הסעיפים נשארים. אם יש הבדל בין העברית לאנגלית, העברית קובעת.

Terms of Use – Lamdio
In short
- Lamdio is a website and app for learning by conversation. The tutor in the conversation is an artificial intelligence (AI). It can be wrong, and it is not professional, medical or psychological advice.
- Under 18, you use the site only with a parent's permission.
- One account per email inbox. Your password is personal.
- Teachers: upload only material you have the right to use. We use it only to run the site and show it to your students.
- Do not attack the site, scrape it, harass others, or try to make the AI write harmful content. Do not write personal details to the AI tutor.
- You can delete your account in Settings. We may block an account that breaks the terms.
- Israeli law applies.
1. Who runs the site and what this document is
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Lamdio ("we"). They apply to everyone who signs up to the site or uses it. The privacy policy is part of them. The accessibility statement.

2. Who can use the site
The site is for students aged 6 to 22, teachers, and representatives of schools and organisations. Teachers and organisation representatives are 18 or older.
Under 18, you may use the site only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- A private student under 18: signs up with an email, plus a parent's email. The parent confirms by email, and by confirming also agrees to these terms for the child. Only then can practice start.
- A student through a school or organisation: joins with a class code from the teacher. The school or organisation is responsible for getting parents' consent as the law requires.
At sign-up there is a box that is not ticked in advance: "I have read and agree to the Terms of use and the Privacy policy". We store which version you accepted and when.
3. Your account
- Give correct details when you sign up.
- One account per email inbox. Addresses with a "+tag", and dots in Gmail addresses, count as the same inbox. We do not accept throwaway email addresses.
- Your password is personal. Do not give it to anyone. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Think someone else got into your account? Change your password in Settings and contact us.
- We may block a particular account. See section 8.
4. The AI tutor
- The tutor is an artificial intelligence from Anthropic (a Claude model), not a person. It can make mistakes in facts, in calculations and in marking answers.
- The explanations and practice are a learning aid. They are not a replacement for a teacher or a book, and not professional, medical or psychological advice. Check important things.
- Marks and scores on the site are for practice. They are not an official grade or certificate. If a mark looks wrong to you, ask your teacher.
- There are safety rules, but they are not perfect. Saw an unsuitable answer? Write to us.
- Do not write personal details to the AI tutor: full name, address, phone, passwords or health information. Do not attach files with such details.
- The site admin can read the chats with the AI tutor. A teacher can read them only if the site admin gave that teacher permission. Students' messages are checked against word lists, to flag messages that sound distressed or ask for something forbidden. Details are in sections 4 and 5 of the privacy policy.
- We do not monitor chats in real time. The site is not an emergency or support service. If you are in distress or in danger, turn at once to a parent, a teacher or the school counsellor. In an emergency call 101 (ambulance) or 100 (police). ERAN, the emotional support line: 1201.
- We may limit how much you can use the AI each day, to control cost and prevent abuse.
5. What you write and upload
- What you write and upload stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store and process it to run the site. That includes sending it to the AI provider to get an answer. We show it only to those who are meant to see it under the privacy policy. We do not sell it or publish it.
- Teachers: upload only material you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for the copyright in it. The site keeps the text of the file, not the original file.
- A teacher's licence to material and lessons is to store them and show them to that teacher's own students only. Exception: questions and topic lists that the AI writes for a class syllabus are kept in one question bank for the whole site. Classes of the same subject and grade may practise from them.
- The AI helps build lessons and questions, and it can be wrong. Check every lesson before you publish it to students. You are responsible for what you publish.
- Students who attach a file to a chat: attach only a file you have the right to use.
- The site, its design, its code and the question bank belong to the operator or to those who gave us a licence. You may use them through the site, for learning and teaching only.
6. What is allowed and what is not
Not allowed:
- Attacking the site, trying to break into it, getting around limits or blocks, or harming how it works.
- Collecting data from the site automatically (scraping), including copying the question bank.
- Creating mass or duplicate accounts to get more use.
- Sharing other people's personal details, such as full name, address, phone or photo, without permission.
- Harassing, threatening, shaming or bullying others.
- Trying to make the AI write harmful or forbidden content, or to get around its safety rules.
- Using the site to cheat in an exam.
- Uploading content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.
If you break these rules, we may remove content, limit your use or block your account.
7. Schools, organisations and payments
- An organisation representative declares that they are authorised to bind the organisation. The organisation is responsible for the teachers it invites, the classes it opens and the students in them. It is also responsible for informing parents and getting their consent as the law requires. We may approve an organisation or decline.
- Some features are paid, for example free learning for organisations. A private student gets a daily allowance of AI use until payment is added. The allowance may change. [TO FILL: prices and what is included.]
- Today the site takes no card payments. An organisation asks for credit in advance or for monthly billing with a cap, and the operator approves and records the payment. [TO FILL: payment method, invoice or receipt, VAT.]

- Before we take a card payment, we will update these terms. We will show the price, the billing period and how to cancel.
8. Closing an account and blocking
- You can stop at any time. To delete an account: Settings > More settings > "Delete my account". You must type your password. What is deleted and what stays is in section 9 of the privacy policy.
- A student without an email (school) can ask the teacher or us to delete the account.
- We may block an account that breaks the terms, or that we reasonably suspect is being misused. A blocked account cannot sign in and gets no notifications. The history is kept, and a block can be lifted. Think we blocked you by mistake? Contact us.
- We may change or stop a feature, or the whole site. [TO FILL: notice before closing, and what happens to credit that was paid and not used.]
9. Liability
- The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of faults or free of mistakes.
- We do not promise learning results, grades or success in exams.
- We are not responsible for the AI's answers or for content that users upload. We are not responsible for what another user, a teacher or a school does. Schools and teachers supervise students in class.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms frees us from liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing reduces rights the law gives to consumers or minors.
- If you violate the rights of others in content you upload, you are responsible for that.
10. Changes to the terms
We will update the terms when something changes. Each version has a date and a number. A significant change will be shown on the site [TO FILL: number of days] before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, you can delete your account (section 8). [TO FILL: publication date and version.]
11. Law, courts and contact
Israeli law applies to these terms. Disputes will be heard by the courts in the [TO FILL: district] district. If the law gives a consumer the right to go to court elsewhere, that right stays. If a section is void, the other sections stay. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew prevails.
