בקצרה

למדיו הוא אתר ואפליקציה ללמידה בשיחה. המורה בשיחה הוא בינה מלאכותית (AI), לא בן אדם.
אנחנו שומרים את מה שצריך כדי ללמד, להראות למורים איך הולך, ולתחזק את האתר.
אין פרסומות. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע.
ההודעות שלכם למורה ה-AI נשמרות אצלנו, ונשלחות לספק ה-AI כדי לקבל תשובה.
מנהל האתר יכול לקרוא שיחות. מורים רואים תוצאות והתקדמות, ולא את השיחות, אלא אם מנהל האתר נתן להם הרשאה.
אפשר למחוק את החשבון בהגדרות. בסעיף 9 כתוב מה נמחק ומה נשאר.

1. מי מפעיל את האתר

המפעיל הוא אדם פרטי. כשבית ספר או ארגון פותחים כיתות באתר, הם אחראים כלפי התלמידים וההורים שלהם.

2. למי האתר מיועד

האתר מיועד לתלמידים בני 6 עד 22, למורים, לנציגי ארגונים ולהורים.

דרכי ההרשמה:

תלמיד/ה דרך בית ספר או ארגון: מצטרפים עם קוד כיתה מהמורה. אין צורך באימייל.
תלמיד/ה פרטי/ת: נרשמים באימייל. בכיתות א'-י"ב צריך גם אימייל של הורה. ההורה מאשר במייל, ורק אז אפשר להתחיל לתרגל.
מורה: אימייל. נציג/ת ארגון: אימייל, שם הארגון וטלפון.
מנהל האתר: חשבון אחד.

בכיתה שמורה סימן בה שנדרשת הסכמת הורים, תלמיד/ה לא יכולים לתרגל עד שהמורה מסמן/ת שההסכמה התקבלה. [למלא: איך בית הספר אוסף הסכמת הורים, ומי שומר עליה.]

3. איזה מידע נשמר, למה, מי רואה וכמה זמן

תשלום בכרטיס אשראי עדיין לא קיים באתר. לפני שנאסוף פרטי תשלום נעדכן את המדיניות.

אנחנו לא שולחים הודעות פרסומיות. הסיכום השבועי להורים נשלח רק אחרי אישור ההורה.

4. מורה ה-AI

המורה הוא בינה מלאכותית. הוא יכול לטעות. בדקו דברים חשובים בספר או עם מורה.
כשכותבים למורה, ההודעה נשלחת לספק ה-AI שלנו, Anthropic (מודל Claude), וחוזרת תשובה.
נשלחים: ההודעות והתשובות בשיחה, הטקסט מקבצים שצירפתם, שם המשתמש (לא השם המלא), הגיל, שם הכיתה והמקצוע, והערות מ"התוכנית שלי".
אל תכתבו למורה ה-AI פרטים אישיים: שם מלא, כתובת, טלפון, סיסמאות או מידע על בריאות.
אנחנו לא מאמנים מודלים על השיחות.
יש כללי בטיחות: המורה לא נותן תוכן למבוגרים בלבד, ויש בדיקה בסיסית של הודעות מסוכנות.
אנחנו בודקים הודעות של תלמידים לפי רשימות מילים, כדי לסמן הודעות שנשמעות כמצוקה או מבקשות תוכן אסור. הסימון מופיע למנהל האתר.
ה-AI לא מחליט החלטות על אנשים. הוא בודק תשובות בתרגול ומסביר.
שירות AI אחר משמש רק לבדיקות: DeepSeek, לקבצים של מנהל האתר עצמו ולבדיקת האתר על עותק עם נתונים בדויים. נתונים של תלמידים אמיתיים לא נשלחים אליו.

5. מי רואה מה

אתם: את כל מה שנשמר עליכם בחשבון.
מורי הכיתה: שם, שם משתמש, כיתה, התקדמות, טעויות ומה ענית, וסיכום קצר של "מה עוזר". לא את השיחות.
נציג הארגון: את הכיתות והמורים של הארגון, ואת השימוש והחיוב.
הורה: רק את הסיכום השבועי במייל, אם אישר. אין חשבון הורה.
מנהל האתר (המפעיל): את כל החשבונות, יומן הפעילות, כל השיחות עם מורה ה-AI, ורשימת "דורש תשומת לב" (הודעות שנשמעות כמצוקה, בקשות אסורות, תלמיד תקוע). מנהל האתר יכול לתת למורה הרשאה לראות גם את אלה.
ספקים: בסעיף 6.

אנחנו לא מוכרים ולא משכירים מידע. נמסור מידע לרשות רק אם החוק מחייב.

7. איפה המידע נמצא

האתר רץ על שרתים בפרנקפורט שבגרמניה (אזור fra1, לפי פרטי הפריסה ב-Vercel). מסד הנתונים: [למלא: אזור]. ספקי ה-AI, המיילים והסטטיסטיקה מעבדים מידע גם מחוץ לישראל, כולל בארה"ב. כלומר מידע עובר לחו"ל.

8. אבטחה

סיסמאות נשמרות בהצפנה חד-כיוונית (PBKDF2). אנחנו לא יכולים לראות אותן.
אסימוני כניסה נשמרים מוצפנים ופגים אחרי 7 ימים.
התקשורת עם האתר מוצפנת (HTTPS).
יש הגבלה על ניסיונות כניסה ועל בקשות לקודים, ובדיקת "לא רובוט" (תופעל בקרוב, סעיף 6).
הגישה למידע לפי תפקיד: תלמיד, מורה, ארגון, מנהל.
אין מערכת מאובטחת לגמרי. [למלא: האם מסד הנתונים מוצפן במנוחה אצל Neon.]
אם יהיה אירוע אבטחה חמור, נדווח לרשות להגנת הפרטיות ולנפגעים, כנדרש בחוק.

9. הזכויות שלכם ומחיקת חשבון

עיון ותיקון. אפשר לבקש לראות את המידע עליכם, ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. פנו אלינו באימייל שבסעיף 13. נענה תוך [למלא: מספר ימים]. אין כרגע כפתור להורדת המידע.

מחיקת חשבון. הגדרות > עוד הגדרות > "מחיקת החשבון שלי". צריך להקליד את הסיסמה. אי אפשר לבטל.

נמחקים: השם, שם המשתמש, האימייל, תאריך הלידה והכיתה, אימייל ההורה ומזהה המורה.
אתם מתנתקים בכל המכשירים ולא יכולים להיכנס שוב.
נמחקים גם: שיחות עם עוזר העזרה, ביקורות, "התוכנית שלי", המכשירים, ההתראות והאימייל ביומני הכניסה.
נשארים: תשובות, התקדמות, שיחות עם מורה ה-AI ויומן הפעילות. הם מקושרים רק למספר חשבון פנימי ולא לשם, כדי שסטטיסטיקות הכיתה יישארו נכונות. ייתכן ששיחות מכילות פרטים שהקלדתם בעצמכם.
מורים: שיעורים וכיתות בית ספר נשארים לתלמידים. כיתות פרטיות נסגרות.

תלמיד/ה בלי אימייל (בית ספר): אפשר לבקש מהמורה או ממנהל האתר, או לפנות אלינו.

הורים: כדי לעיין במידע על ילד/ה או למחוק אותו, פנו אלינו. נבקש לוודא שאתם ההורה.

הפסקת הודעות: את הסיכום השבועי מפסיקים בקישור שבכל מייל. את ההתראות מכבים בהגדרות.

תלונה: אפשר לפנות גם לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים (gov.il).

10. ילדים ובני נוער

התלמידים הם ילדים ובני נוער. אנחנו לא מציגים פרסומות ולא עושים פרופיל לצורכי פרסום.
תלמידים בכיתות א'-ו' מקבלים מראה לילדים; מכיתה ז' ומעלה, מראה רגיל.
תלמיד/ה פרטי/ת בכיתות א'-י"ב מתחילים לתרגל רק אחרי שהורה אישר במייל. מעבר ל"סיימתי תיכון" בהגדרות דורש אישור של ההורה.
ניסיון חינם בקוד: כדי שיהיה ניסיון אחד לכל אדם, אנחנו שומרים טביעה מעורבלת חד-כיוונית של האימייל (או של אימייל ההורה), גם אם מוחקים את החשבון. כתובת הרשת נמחקת אחרי 30 יום.
אנחנו מבקשים רק את מה שצריך. אל תכתבו פרטים אישיים בשיחה.
האתר מיועד למשתמשים בישראל.

11. עוגיות ואחסון בדפדפן

אין עוגיות פרסום. הדפדפן שלכם שומר: אסימון כניסה (7 ימים), שפה, מזהה אקראי לעוזר העזרה, והעדפות כמו התראות. כשהסטטיסטיקה פעילה, PostHog שומר מזהה בדפדפן. גם Cloudflare, כשבדיקת "לא רובוט" פעילה, עשויה לקרוא נתוני דפדפן. הגופנים נטענים מהאתר שלנו, לא מ-Google. עמוד "אין אינטרנט" נשמר במכשיר.

12. שינויים במדיניות

נעדכן את המדיניות כשמשהו משתנה. התאריך למטה יתעדכן. שינוי מהותי נציג באתר. [למלא: תאריך פרסום וגרסה.]

Privacy Policy – Lamdio

In short

Lamdio is a website and app for learning by conversation. The tutor in the conversation is an artificial intelligence (AI), not a person.
We keep what we need to teach, to show teachers how it is going, and to run the site.
There are no ads. We do not sell data.
Your messages to the AI tutor are saved with us and sent to the AI provider to get an answer.
The site admin can read chats. Teachers see results and progress, not the chats, unless the site admin gave them permission.
You can delete your account in Settings. Section 9 says what is deleted and what stays.

1. Who runs the site

The operator of Lamdio ("we") is:

The operator is an individual. When a school or organisation opens classes on the site, it is responsible towards its own students and parents.

2. Who the site is for

The site is for students aged 6 to 22, teachers, organisation representatives and parents.

Ways to sign up:

A student through a school or organisation: joins with a class code from the teacher. No email needed.
A private student: signs up with an email. In grades 1-12, a parent's email is also needed. The parent confirms by email, and only then can practice start.
A teacher: email. An organisation representative: email, organisation name and phone.
The site admin: one account.

In a class where the teacher has marked that parents' consent is required, students cannot practise until the teacher marks that consent was received. [TO FILL: how the school collects parents' consent and who keeps it.]

3. What we keep, why, who sees it and for how long

Paying by card does not exist on the site yet. We will update this policy before we collect payment details.

We do not send marketing messages. The weekly summary to parents is sent only after the parent confirms.

4. The AI tutor

The tutor is an AI. It can make mistakes. Check important things in a book or with a teacher.
When you write to the tutor, your message is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (a Claude model), and an answer comes back.
What is sent: the messages and answers in the conversation, the text of files you attached, your username (not your full name), your age, the class name and subject, and notes from "My plan".
Do not write personal details to the AI tutor: full name, address, phone, passwords or health information.
We do not train models on the chats.
There are safety rules: the tutor does not give adults-only content, and there is a basic check for dangerous messages.
We check students' messages against word lists, to flag messages that sound distressed or ask for forbidden content. The flag is shown to the site admin.
The AI does not make decisions about people. It checks answers in practice and explains.
One other AI service is used only for testing: DeepSeek, for the site admin's own files and for testing the site on a copy with made-up data. Real students' data is not sent to it.

5. Who sees what

You: everything kept about you in your account.
Class teachers: name, username, class, progress, mistakes and what you answered, and a short summary of "what helps". Not the chats.
Organisation representative: the organisation's classes and teachers, and usage and billing.
A parent: only the weekly email summary, if they confirmed. There is no parent account.
The site admin (the operator): all accounts, the activity log, all chats with the AI tutor, and a "needs attention" list (messages that sound distressed, forbidden requests, a student who is stuck). The site admin can give a teacher permission to see these too.
Providers: section 6.

We do not sell or rent data. We will give data to an authority only if the law requires it.

7. Where the data is

The site runs on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (region fra1, per the Vercel deployment details). The database: [TO FILL: region]. The AI, email and statistics providers also process data outside Israel, including in the US. So data is transferred abroad.

8. Security

Passwords are kept as a one-way hash (PBKDF2). We cannot see them.
Sign-in tokens are kept hashed and expire after 7 days.
Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
There are limits on sign-in attempts and code requests, and a "not a robot" check (switched on soon, section 6).
Access to data depends on role: student, teacher, organisation, admin.
No system is fully secure. [TO FILL: whether the database is encrypted at rest at Neon.]
If there is a serious security incident, we will report it to the Privacy Protection Authority and to those affected, as the law requires.

9. Your rights and deleting an account

Access and correction. You can ask to see the information about you, and to ask for information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date to be corrected or deleted. Write to us at the email in section 13. We will answer within [TO FILL: number of days]. There is no button to download your data yet.

Deleting an account. Settings > More settings > "Delete my account". You must type your password. It cannot be undone.

Deleted: name, username, email, birth date and grade, parent's email and teacher ID.
You are signed out on all devices and cannot sign in again.
Also deleted: help-assistant chats, reviews, "My plan", devices, notifications, and your email in the sign-in logs.
Kept: answers, progress, chats with the AI tutor and the activity log. They are linked only to an internal account number and not to a name, so that class statistics stay right. Chats may contain details you typed yourself.
Teachers: school lessons and classes stay for the students. Private classes are closed.

A student without an email (school): ask the teacher or the site admin, or write to us.

Parents: to see or delete a child's information, write to us. We will ask to verify that you are the parent.

Stopping messages: stop the weekly summary with the link in every email. Turn notifications off in Settings.

Complaint: you can also contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice (gov.il).

10. Children and teenagers

The students are children and teenagers. We show no ads and do not profile for advertising.
Students in grades 1-6 get a kids' look; from grade 7 up, the standard look.
A private student in grades 1-12 starts practising only after a parent confirms by email. Switching to "finished school" in Settings needs the parent's confirmation.
Free-trial codes: to keep a free trial to one per person, we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your email (or your parent's), even if you delete your account. The network address is erased after 30 days.
We ask only for what we need. Do not write personal details in chats.
The site is intended for users in Israel.

11. Cookies and browser storage

There are no advertising cookies. Your browser keeps: a sign-in token (7 days), language, a random ID for the help assistant, and preferences such as notifications. When statistics are on, PostHog keeps an ID in the browser. Cloudflare, when the "not a robot" check is on, may also read browser data. The fonts load from our own site, not from Google. An "offline" page is stored on the device.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when something changes. The date below will change. A significant change will be shown on the site. [TO FILL: publication date and version.]
